Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your BodyTree account and personal data at any time.

Delete in the app

  1. Open BodyTree and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and associated data, including your profile, skill-tree progress, workout history, and generated programs.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will begin a manual deletion within 48 hours.

What is deleted, and when

Your account and personal data are removed immediately as described in Section 13 of our . Residual copies, such as encrypted backups and server logs, are purged within 30 days. Records we are legally required to retain (for example, purchase receipts) are kept only as long as the law requires.
